VP – Culinary Director (20 years)
With more than 30 years of being in the world of seafood, most being spent on the wholesale side and supplying the stores, Adam is now part of the culinary team / QA team / Sushi team. Adam is a Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and the University of new haven with a degree in Restaurant Hotel Management. he also holds certificates from Cornell in advanced studies in Management and Food Safety. Adam is HACCP, GMP and PCQI certified ensuring that the stores are operating at a very high standard. Adam works hand in hand with our chef developing all the new flavors to keep the stores fresh and exciting.
